Cancellations & Refund Policy

 

 

Please read the description of each plan before buying it, as it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy-

 

      1. For Cancellations, as we don’t have any plan on auto renewal, so, each and every plan will automatically be cancelled at the end of plan’s duration.

 

      2. For an uninterrupted service, we recommend you to renew your plan 7 business days prior to the expiry of your plan otherwise it’ll be treated as cancellation for the next service period.

 

Refund Policy-

 

      1. In case any client is completely dissatisfied with our product we can provide a refund, only if the reasons are genuine and proved after thorough investigation.

 

      2. All the hourly and daily plans are completely non-refundable until and unless there is a system error at our end.

 

      3. A user will not be eligible for a refund after 10 days of buying a monthly plan.

 

      4. A partial refund (below or equal to 50%) may be provided to a user with a monthly plan, only if the user has used the service for less than 10 days, utilizing premium services and servers.

 

      5. A user will not be eligible for a refund after 30 days of buying a yearly plan.

 

      6. A partial refund (below 70%) may be provided to a user with a yearly plan, only if the user has used the service for less than a month, utilizing premium services and servers.

 

 

      7. Refunds will be issued to the same account used to purchase the plan in the Payment Gateway.
